Ingredients:
– 2 frozen bananas
– 1/3 cup local organic frozen blueberries
– 1 serving of vegan vanilla protein powder (optional)
– Touch of almond milk
Method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until a ‘ice cream’ consistency is achieved.
Topped with coconut flakes, a fig, cacao nibs and a square of Pana chocolate!
