The HEALTHY Chocolate crackles!
Here is my recipe for some healthy chocolate crackles (also known as rice crispy treats) made with puffed/popped quinoa. Usually chocolate crackles are made with copha but these are made without copha as I use coconut oil. They are also free of refined sugar and gluten. These chocolate crackles are one of my favourite healthy snacks/treats and are so easy to make as they are no cook. Since they are so easy to make, even kids can make them! I store them in the fridge and just grab a few when I get a sweet craving. They’re so convenient and yummy and hope you love them as much as I do! If you can’t get puffed quinoa, that’s okay as well. You can use regular puffed rice, puffed brown rice or even popcorn which you can easily make yourself (although popcorn will have a slightly different texture).
