How to Use:

This organic peanut coconut spread can be eaten straight out of the jar, smothered on a banana as a pre-workout snack, as a spread on bread, celery and crackers or as a dessert!

Organic peanuts and organic desiccated coconut are blended to create this delicious spread without the use of oil, fats, salt or sugar!
