Nutritional Yeast Flakes is an inactive toasted yeast, providing a natural source of Vitamin B complex, protein and other goodness. With a cheese-like flavour, it’s a great low sodium, chlolesterol-free alternative, providing great nutrition when added to a variety of meals.

A select strain of the species Sarrcharomyces cerevisiae is grown on sugar beet molasses, inactivated and then roller drum dried into flakes.

How to use:

Nutritional Yeast is a great way to enhance the flavours in a dish! Add it to soups, stir-fries, sauces, dips, spreads, Vegan cheeses or as seasoning for salads, vegetables and rice.
