This green smoothie is perfect after a workout or any time you’re looking for a refreshment. It’s one of my favorite go to smoothies.
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of (preferably freshly squeezed) orange juice
– 1/2 cup kale
– 1 tsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp hemp seeds (not allowed to be consumed if you are in Australia)
– 1 tsp green juice powder (my favorite is barley grass juice powder because it tastes much better than most other green powders, you can also omit and just add a handful of spinach or basil instead)
Method:
Blend ingredients and serve.
