Ingredients:
– 4 frozen bananas, chopped
– 1 tsp lucuma
– 1 Tbsp spirulina powder
– 2 Tbsp full fat, organic coconut milk or nut mylk
Serving suggestions;
– Handful of berries
– Seasonal fruit
– Shredded coconut.
Method:
Blend the first 4 ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and consistent (if your bananas are large and its not mixing, add more milk). Transfer to a bowl and serve with fruit, berries and coconut.
