Sage refers to a small group of the genus ‘Salvia’. It is a plant with woolly greyish leaves that add a musky, earth freshness to food.


How to use:

Sage is commonly used in meat dishes, marinades and stuffings. It can also be used to add a nice flavour to soups to potato dishes.

Sage leaves are harvested, dried naturally then finely chopped.
