Ingredients:
Cauliflower or peeled parsnip or rice if preferred
Spinach
Carrot
Avocado
Cucumber
Coriander
Or Ingredients of your choice.
Nori Sheets
I was really hungry and couldn’t wait for rice to cook so I made raw cauliflower rice!
Pulse some cauliflower in the food processor, or you can do the same with peeled parsnip.
For these I added spinach, carrot, avocado, cucumber and coriander, you can use whatever you have around!.
Then roll them in nori sheets. Done!
