Organic rolled spelt flakes can be used to make porridge or in baking. You can use these rolled flakes anywhere you might use rolled oats. Spelt is an ancient cereal grain that is related to wheat, but said to be more nutritious than it’s wheat relatives.
Organic Rolled Spelt is a great wheat-free alternative to classic rolled oats.
How to use
This classic wholegrain is perfect for porridge, a cold muesli with fresh fruit and yoghurt or can be soaked overnight to make bircher muesli. It’s very versatile!
